2.1 | You can book via email by fill in the BOOKING FORM on each tour program or book by phone No +66 0 8 6476 5546 (WhatsApp / line) automatically. Email; [email protected] ( Service hour from 8.00am - 17.00pm every day in Thai time ) |

2.2 | Once the booking is submitted, we will process your reservation and confirm your booking within 24 hour or within 1-2 business day and we will attach the "Tour Voucher" to confirm your booking is complete. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check that such an e-mail has been received and contact us immediately by e-mail if it has not been received. |

3.1 | Amend booking such, change travel date, number of passenger or pick up location should before 16.00pm and must be 7 - 30 days before travel date and depending of the group size or individual travelers of confirmed bookings may incur fees from suppliers in addition to our service fees. Suppliers’ fees are outlined in their relevant terms and conditions. |

3.2 | Customer can amend booking via phone No +66 8 6476 5546 (WhatsApp / line) Email; [email protected] ( Service hour from 8.00am - 17.00pm every day in Thai time ) by specifying the tour voucher number for the tour in question. |

4 | Cancellation Policy (Individual & Group) |

4.1 | Customer 1 - 8 pax must be make a cancellation 7-10 days before travel date. We do not charge for bookings that has not been confirmed *** Exceptions to this cancellation rule such we buy or prepare some equipment, foods, bus, boat, food on the island, alcohol etc. We will notify you clearly by email / whatsapp / line. However, if you wish to cancel your reservation once you have done the payment |

4.2 | Customer 9 - 15 pax must be make a cancellation 8-15 days before travel date. 4.1 | Customer 16 - 40 pax must be make a cancellation 16-30 days before travel date. 5 | Payment Method ( Individual & Group) |

5.1 | A full payment is required when you received "Tour Voucher" For individual and group tours payment method may be different policy. |
|
5.2 | Your payment will be secured protection by a validated Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), certificates capable of 128-bit encryption where you can safely enter your credit card details in an encrypted environment. We value your privacy and will not share your personal information. |

5.3 | Your payment - statement will be shown the transaction as "Inet.co.th" Internet Thailand Public Company Limited as it is our payment gateway partner. |

5.4 | We will be entitled to deduct our service fee from any refund we receive on your behalf before remitting the balance to you. |

5.5 | If we are managing or arranging a refund for a canceled booking on your behalf it will not be paid to you until the Supplier provides the refund to us, and we will not be liable for any delay on the part of the Supplier. |

6.1 | The "Refund" we will made through "Bankgkok Bank Public Company" to your bank account. Aadditionally, the refund processing fee start from 400 Baht per booking and the balance will be transfer to you. We will not take any respond for bank transfer fee or any fee during money transfer. |

6.2 | The "Refund" customer must be inform all details such, Name, sir name, address, country, state, Iban / Swiff code, or money currency. |

6.3 | We will not accepted for bank transfer fee to you or any fee during money transfer. |

7 | No. of Pax & Refund Policy |
|
7.1 | Guest 1pax cancelation, we will be entitled to deduct our service fee 400 Thai Baht from any refund we receive on your behalf. We will not accepted for bank transfer fee or any fee during money transfer. |

7.2 | Guest 2-6 pax cancelation, we will be entitled to deduct our service fee 1,000 Thai Baht from any refund we receive on your behalf. We will not accepted for bank transfer fee or any fee during money transfer. |

7.3 | Guest 7-15 pax cancelation, we will be entitled to deduct our service fee 2,000 Thai Baht from any refund we receive on your behalf. We will not accepted for bank transfer fee or any fee during money transfer. |

7.4 | Guest 16-25 pax cancelation, we will be entitled to deduct our service fee 3,000 Thai Baht from any refund we receive on your behalf. We will not accepted for bank transfer fee or any fee during money transfer. |

7.5 | Guest 25-40 pax cancelation, we will be entitled to deduct our service fee 4,000 Thai Baht from any refund we receive on your behalf. We will not accepted for bank transfer fee or any fee during money transfer. |

|
8.1 | Should the customer not standby or wait for pick up at the place as we notify and time specified on the tour voucher, or does not go on the tour for other reasons, it is considered that you have canceled the trip without prior notice. No refund is applicable no matter the reason. |
|
8.2 | Should the customer choose to travel with own transportation to the Pier, Marina anywhere in Phuket while you book the tour. We will provide all detail such the name of the Pier will be show in the tour voucher and a latest arrival time will be specified. In case of the customer travels by own vehicle and arrive late while tour depart already Regarded is the fault of the customer and under this circumstances, we will not refunded all payment. |

8.3 | Should the tour operator fail to pick-up the customer, the customer (or the hotel reception) must call our hotline telephone number specified on the tour voucher after the specified pick-up time. Any other means of communication (e-mail etc) is strictly not accepted. |

8.4 | Any claims in regards to a tour must be communicated by e-mail by the customer not more than 7 days after the tour date. |
|
9 | National Park Fee / Island Fee |
|
9.1 | There are many national park around southern of the kingdom of Thailand, such Phi Phi Island and Phang Nga Bay that's mean you are traveling in the National Park which control by "Department of National Parks, wildlife and Plant Conservation" and the governor officer will be collected the national park entrance fee.

9.2 | Some islands in Thailand are a part of national park, private islands or private beaches and owned by individuals or company with documents / title deed confirmed by the government. So if you want to go up to those islands / beach, you may have to pay extra for example.. |

10 | Tour Operator & Agent's Disclaimer |

10.1 | Phi Phi Tourism use a determined tour operator for each tour and the tour program on the website is based on the tour program for that tour operator. However, if the tour with that tour operator is fully booked, Phuket Web Direct reserves the right to book with another tour operator for which the tour program is similar but may be slightly different. |

10.2 | Phi Phi Tourism reserves the right to cancel a tour for anyone whom we, on our own discretion, decide has acted inappropriate or abusive to our service or staff. In such a case, we will not refund all money to you. |

10.3 | Phi Phi Tourism will not offers any refund at all to anybody whom we found has been trying to get a refund in a fraudulent manner such, change the voucher, total of payment, cheating age, change equipment or any case that lead to corruption. |
